Looking for valuable feedback on Police services provided to local businesses, the Arlington Heights Police Department recently sent its Triennial Business Survey to randomly selected business owners. Information gathered from this survey assists in evaluating the Police Department’s performance and establishing future community policing goals.

Observations and comments from business owners is important information that the Police Department looks forward to reviewing. If you have received this survey, the letter will include a password to access the survey online. Otherwise, feel free to fill out and mail-in the copy of the survey you received. 

Surveys are due by Friday, November 16, 2018. Input from the business community is greatly appreciated. If anyone taking the survey has additional comments about a question or has a specific concern, please write them on the reverse side of the survey or include them on a separate sheet of paper and mail them in using the self-addressed stamped envelope provided.
